Committees

Approvals Policy and Assurance Committee

Monitors, advises and makes recommendations to the Board and the Accounting Officer (Chief Executive).

Audit and Risk Assurance Committee

Supports the Board in its responsibilities in terms of control, governance and risk management.

Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Committee

Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Committee supports the Board and the Accounting Office, in discharging their responsibilities for matters relating to EDI.

Remuneration Committee

Establish and conduct a formal and transparent process for the remuneration packages for the Chief Executive Officer, along with independent members of Board Committees, Route Panel chairs and members and IfATE's senior civil servants.

The Approval and Funding Committee

This committee is no longer active and has been superseded by the Approval Policy and Assurance Committee.

Quality Assurance Committee

This committee is no longer active and has been superseded by the Approval Policy and Assurance Committee.
